This Portobello Mushroom Burger is a banger! You’re not only eating less bread if you use the mushroom insteed of the top bun, but it’s super juicy too!

  1. Start by cooking your portobello mushrooms wich will take about 12 minutes and season with olive oil, salt and pepper.

  2. To a pan add a little of coconut oil to cook your vegan burger and meanwhile prepare all your vegetables.

  3. Once ready, assemble this beauty; top your buns with everything and if you wish to eat less bread you could just use the bottom half for one, and the top half for another burger and top them off with the portobello.
