4 Easy Overnight Oats Recipes

Overnight Oats are great for on the go, super healthy and nutritious, and can spare you quite some time when you prep multiple portions at a time for during the rest of the week.

The flavors are very customizable, down below you can find my 4 favorite flavors being PB&J, Apple and Cinnamon, Chocolate Banana and last butt not the least Blueberries. Overnight oats are very straightforward to make, the base is the same for all, but the flavorful ingredients change. You could for example also just add fresh are frozen fruit to your liking.

This is definitely one of the healthiest breakfasts, containing healthy fats like omega-3, smart carbs and protein.

Overnight Oats

  1. The base for all 4 flavors is the same. In a jar add the oats, chia seeds, dairy-free milk and vegan yogurt.

  2. Now, depending on the flavor, add those ingredients.

    • Apple Cinnamon, add the rasped apple, cinnamon and maple syrup, top with roasted pecan nuts
    • Chocolate Banana, add the half mashed banana, cacao powder and maple syrup, top with cacao nibs
    • Blueberries, add the blueberries and maple syrup, top with almond (slices)
    • PB&J, add the peanut butter and jelly or jam, top with a little dollop of PB and J

  3. Place in the fridge, overnight, and enjoy in the morning or as a dessert.
