Overnight Oats are great for on the go, super healthy and nutritious, and can spare you quite some time when you prep multiple portions at a time for during the rest of the week.
The flavors are very customizable, down below you can find my 4 favorite flavors being PB&J, Apple and Cinnamon, Chocolate Banana and last butt not the least Blueberries. Overnight oats are very straightforward to make, the base is the same for all, but the flavorful ingredients change. You could for example also just add fresh are frozen fruit to your liking.
This is definitely one of the healthiest breakfasts, containing healthy fats like omega-3, smart carbs and protein.
