This One Pot Lentil Pasta is incredibly easy and fast to make, and on top if that it tastes Mama Mia! ????????????

This technique, to cook your pasta in the sauce, is very effective, and you’ll have fewer dishes to wash. But make sure your sauce is liquid enough when adding the pasta.

If you want to reduce the cooking time, you can soak the lentils overnight, and you’ll need to cook them less.

  1. In a big pot, sautรฉ onion and garlic in olive oil, until golden.

  2. Addย  vegetable broth and all the vegetables. After a minute or two, add rinsed lentils, the pasata, pepper and enough water to cook the lentils.ย 

    For extra protein you could add soy chunks, this optional, of course.

    Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

  3. Add the pasta for the last 10 to 5 minutes, this depends on the type of pasta you're using, look at the label of yours.
