No-flip pancakes, super easy and don't require someone to be flipping pancakes while the rest is enjoying them! Great weekend dish.

  • 2 1/4 cups Plant milk
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar (Or lemon juice)
  • 3 cups Flour (All purpose)
  • 2 tablespoons Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Banana (Ripe, Mashed)
  • 1/4 cup Protein powder (Optional for extra protein)
  • Chocolate chips (Optional)
  1. Combine

    Combine all the ingredients and stir well. Adjust with more milk or flour if needed.

    Now let the batter rest for 5 to 10 minutes to let it rise.

  2. Bake

    Spread it on an oven tray and top them of with the banana and anything else you want to add like blueberries, chocolate etc.

    Bake at 200°C/390F for 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of your oven tray.
