This middle eastern salad is a bomb! Super healthy and delicious salad to have as an entry or side dish for your main meal.
Obviously, anything with tahini will taste wonderful, all these ingredients come together perfectly.
Middle-Eastern salad: Cauliflower and Lentils
Roast the cauliflower
Grab a big bowl and add the cauliflower florets. Pour in the olive oil followed by black pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, salt and mix it.
Divide on an oven tray and roast for 20 minutes on 225 °C/440 F.
In a bowl add your spinach and salad followed by the ginger, red onion, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, tahini, cooked lentils, roasted cauliflower and roasted almonds. Mix will and adjust taste if needed.
