Oh yeah baby BBQ ???? season is coming up, and of course, you can’t miss smoked elote on your BBQ!

This is a super common Mexican street food and is sold on every corner. Another popular way to prepare corn is boiled which also tastes great.

We topped our smoked corn with some lemon, vegan homemade mayo and tajin, a mix of chili, salt and lemon extract.

  1. Start up your BBQ with coal.

  2. Peel your corn and roast them for about 15 minutes turning them often.

  3. Once roasted, add lemon juice, vegan mayo and some tajin. Enjoy!
