It’s great to have these stored in your fridge and just top your foods with these to give extra flavour.
Mexican Pickled Onions
Pickled onions are great as a topping and flavour booster for almost anything!
Add the sliced onion 🧅 to a bowl and add the juice of one lemon 🍋.
Now add in the remaining spices and stir well.
Let pickle for atleast 20 minutes.
These are great in a spinach salad, on taco’s or in burritos, in buddha bowl… you name it! Be creative 😉.
