The best way to make sweet potato salty!
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
Cut the sweat potatoes in half and brush some olive oil on them, season with salt and pepper.
Bake Until soft, ±50 minutes.
Once soft, mash them a little and top with roasted chickpeas and a tahini sauce for example.
In a big bowl add all the chopped vegetables for the salad and season with salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice and zumac.
