  1. Dip one sheet of rice paper in hot water for a few seconds, lay on a flat surface.

  2. Place about one and a half tablespoons of leftover vegetables in the middle and wrap the rice paper around it.

  3. Dip a second rice paper in hot water and wrap it around the dumpling.

  4. Fry on all sides until crispy.
