A special and one of the most beautiful ways of serving coffee; Layered Latte, and it’s vegan.
It is recognizable by three clearly defined layers within the drink, created by syrup, milk and espresso.
Stunningly visual, yet easy to make if you know how.
I made this recently on the b-day of my brother Sebastian , and he liked, no scratch that, he loved it. ☕????
Note: it’s very important to use soy milk, as it has protein, which is needed to make milk foam.
Vegan Layered Latte
Not only delicious, but beautiful too!
Make Coffee and heat up soy milk.
Froth the hot milk, to make foam.
Add agave/rice syrup to a glass, next up the milk foam.
Then carefully along the side of the glass pour in the hot milk.
Lastly, carefully place a spoon upside down right above the foam against the side of the glass. Pour the coffee gently on the backside of the spoon and slowly move the spoon upwards.
