- 500 grams Oats (Rolled)
- 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup Sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup Chia
- 1/2 cup Flax seeds (Crushed)
- 1/2 cup Hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1/2 cup Goji berries
- (+ any nuts of your choice)
Instructions
