We all know the traditional Chili Sin Carne, but ever tried Green Chili Sin Carne?
This is a delicious variation, tastes greteat and is easy to make.
We use ‘Salsa Verde’ for this recipe, a.k.a. green Mexican sauce. You won’t find it in any supermarket but if you search well enough and in the right places like for example an American/Mexican food store you’ll find it. Or you can order it from Amazon:

Cook
In a pot sauté the onion and garlic in some olive oil.
Add all the veggies:
- bell peppers
- celery
- carrots
Add the oregano, bay leaves and vegetable broth. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
To finish it of add the green Mexican sauce and the beans. Let it simmer for approx. 20 minutes.
