Fresh green beans with tomatoes

Lovely this combo!

  • 800 grams Green beans (Fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Onion (Finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 4 Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • 1 Vegetable broth
  • Salt (To taste)
  • Black pepper (To taste)
  • Optional additions
  • Nuggets
  • Boiled potatoes
  1. If using fresh uncooked beans, start by cooking them until soft (10 minutes).

  2. While boiling, to a pan add olive oil and heat it up.

  3. Once heated, add in the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes.

  4. Add in the chopped tomatoes and vegetable broth, now cook for a few minutes on low heat.

  5. Finely add in the cooked beans and enjoy with potatoes and chickun nuggets like I did!

    Adjust the flavor with salt and pepper.
