Fresh green beans with tomatoes

If using fresh uncooked beans, start by cooking them until soft (10 minutes).

While boiling, to a pan add olive oil and heat it up.

Once heated, add in the chopped onion and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes.

Add in the chopped tomatoes and vegetable broth, now cook for a few minutes on low heat.

Finely add in the cooked beans and enjoy with potatoes and chickun nuggets like I did!
Adjust the flavor with salt and pepper.
