Super easy Vegan Ferrero Balls made with just four ingredients: dates, hazelnuts and cocoa powder (and optional nutmeg). A delicious snack that tastes just like but is much healthier than Ferrero Rocher!
With only 4 ingredients (plus one optional…) and 20 minutes, these bad boys are ready to go, or should I say good boys?! YES! That’s what I call a winner.

Vegan Ferrero Balls, 4 Ingredient Chocolate Hazelnut Energy Balls

Add ½ cup hazelnuts into the bowl of your food processor and process until finely chopped. Transfer to another bowl and set aside.

Process 1 cup hazelnuts into the bowl of your food processor and process until finely chopped. Add chopped Medjool dates, cacao powder, and optionally nutmeg. Process until well combined. Add about 2 teaspoons plant-based milk and process until mixture comes together.

With damp hands, roll the mixture into balls. Roll balls in reserved nuts to coat. TIP: if the hazelnuts don't stick, dunk balls in water before rolling. Refrigerate for 1 hour and eat! Store in an airtight container.
