We’ve tried many types and this is by far the crispiest, meatiest vegan bacon we’ve tried so far.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.

  2. In a bowl combine the soy sauce, maple syrup, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika and black pepper.

  3. Align two sheets of rice paper and cut into strips.

    Dip in hot water for a coup of seconds.

    Then dip in the marinade, make sure both sides are marinaded.

    Lay on an oven tray and bake for approximately 10 minutes.
