This is probably the easiest way to prepare your baba ganoush, only 4(!) ingredients!
Besides that, it’s cheaper than other variations, easy and supernatural in its flavor.

  1. Start preheating your oven on 200 °C (= 390 °F).

  2. Bake

    Cut your onions in half, place them facing down on an oven tray together with the eggplants and bake them for 50 minutes (until the eggplants are soft from the inside).

  3. Peel eggplant ???? and blend

    After having baked the eggplants, remove the peel if wanted (it will make a smoother Baba Ghanoush). In a food processor add the eggplant, the onions, salt to taste  and olive oil.
