This is probably one to the two best things combined: chips and pasta!

These crunchy pasta chips were quite fun to experiment with, but honestly I’d recommend you just buy regular chips ;).

You can have these pasta chips with a roasted bell pepper dip or vegan Philadelphia.

It’s great as an appetizer for your weekends!

  1. Boil your pasta just before al dente.

  2. Drain them and pat them dry.

  3. Transfer into a big bowl and season with the spices and olive oil.

  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes (until crispy, depending on the pasta you choose) on 180C/350F.

  5. Let cool down and enjoy with a dip.
