These crunchy pasta chips were quite fun to experiment with, but honestly I’d recommend you just buy regular chips ;).
You can have these pasta chips with a roasted bell pepper dip or vegan Philadelphia.
It’s great as an appetizer for your weekends!
4 Ingredients Crunchy Italian Pasta Chips
Pasta chips, the Italian treat!
Boil your pasta just before al dente.
Drain them and pat them dry.
Transfer into a big bowl and season with the spices and olive oil.
Bake for 20-30 minutes (until crispy, depending on the pasta you choose) on 180C/350F.
Let cool down and enjoy with a dip.
