Creamy Vegan Lemon Pasta Recipe

Oh boiiii…. this creamy vegan lemon pasta recipe is really a must try for just everyone. I just made this without a plan after seeing some other creators like @herbifoods and @maxlamana do it, but was skeptic, ngl.

I decided to put my inner critical aside and just try it. Let me tell you this: I’m happy I did!

It’s a great new pasta recipe to add to my list of fav recipes.

This is now my newest fav pasta recipe! It will be yours to if you try it ;).



Off On

  1. Heat up a big pan and add some coconut oil. Once heated, add in the chopped leek, parsley and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes.

  2. Add in the lemon zest, sliced mushrooms and let cook for 2 minutes. Then add in the juice of the lemon, soy sauce, spinach, coconut milk, nutritional yeast, black pepper. Mix well, taste the sauce and adjust if needed.

  3. Meanwhile, cook your pasta.

  4. Once both are done, combine the pasta and sauce and enjoy!
