Vegan Creamy Mushroom Sauce

  1. Cook

    Heat up a pan and melt some coconut oil. Sautรฉ the mushrooms in small batches so all the water can evaporate.

    Next up, melt some coconut oil (if needed) and caramelize the onion and garlic, afterwards add the vegetable broth.

    Now combine the sautรฉed mushrooms with the rest and add some plant-based cooking cream.

    Finish it of with a pinch of garam masala.
