This Vegan Coconut Chocolate Tart is a delicious no-bake treat for dessert.
The almond and coconut crust is filled with a creamy chocolate & coconut cream filling. Add your favorite fresh berries on top to perfectly balance the flavors.
Both the crust and filling are made with Organic Dark Chocolate.
Vegan Coconut Chocolate Tart
This luscious No Bake Chocolate Tart is dairy-free, vegan AND gluten free.
To a sauce pan add the coconut milk over a low heat, once warm add the chocolate and stir until melted. Take off the heat and set aside whilst you make the base.
In a large bowl mix the almond flour, shredded coconut flakes, cacao powder, maple syrup and coconut oil.
Pour into a spring form and press down (aim for roughly 1/2 finger thickness all around).
Now pour the chocolate sauce into the base and place in the fridge for 3-4 hours until the chocolate has firmed up.
Top the tart with what you fancy. With coconut flakes, cacao nibs and raspberry for example.
