Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 Onions (Sliced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 2 sticks Celery (Chopped)
  • 2 Carrots (Chopped)
  • 1.5 Bell Pepper (Chopped)
  • 200 milliliters Vegetable Broth
  • 70 grams Tomato Paste (1 can)
  • 2 Bay Leafs
  • 1.5 teaspoons Thyme
  • 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1.5 tablespoons Cumin
  • 2 cans Tomato Sauce
  • 4 cans Beans (Different types of your choice, 400g cans)
Instructions
  1. Add the olive oil to a pot and heat it up.
  2. Once hot, sauté the onion and garlic.
  3. Now add all The veggies:
    • Celery
    • Carrots
    • Bell Pepper
  4. Add the vegetable broth and tomato paste, let simmer for a minute.
  5. Now add all the spices:
    • Bay Leaf
    • Thyme
    • Black Pepper
    • Smoked Paprika
    • Cumin
  6. After adding the tomato sauce, let it simmer for 15 minutes.
