One of the best Mexican plates; Vegan Chili Sin Carne. It’s so nice to eat it warm or even at room temperature with some rice. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ

Off On

  1. Add the olive oil to a pot and heat it up.

  2. Once hot, sautรฉ the onion and garlic.

  3. Now add all The veggies:

    • Celery
    • Carrots
    • Bell Pepper

  4. Add the vegetable broth and tomato paste, let simmer for a minute.

  5. Now add all the spices:

    • Bay Leaf
    • Thyme
    • Black Pepper
    • Smoked Paprika
    • Cumin

  6. After adding the tomato sauce, let it simmer for 15 minutes.


I like my Chili Sin Carne with a lot of beans, then it's packed with plant protein, now you can add them and turn off the heat
