Celeriac Fries

These Celeriac Fries are baked in the oven until crispy, delicious and are a low carb french fry alternative most people don’t think of, but you are missing out!

Season them with salt, pepper, and your favorite spices, and you have a winner!

Difficulty: Beginner Prep Time 10 min Cook Time 20 min Total Time 30 mins


Fries don't need to be unhealthy! Try these, and you'll love them.



Off On

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.

  2. Toss the celeriac fries with the olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread the celeriac out on a baking tray, trying to make one flat layer, so everything has room to crisp up.

  4. Bake for 20-30 minutes (depending on thickness). Shake the baking dish a few times during baking.
