Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.

Toss the celeriac fries with the olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Spread the celeriac out on a baking tray, trying to make one flat layer, so everything has room to crisp up.

Bake for 20-30 minutes (depending on thickness). Shake the baking dish a few times during baking.
