  1. Melt some coconut oil and sautรฉ theย  onion and garlic. Then add the tomato paste and after a quick second add the passata. Let simmer for 2 minutes.

  2. Add hot water, vegetable stock and beet root. Let simmer for 2 more minutes.

  3. Add the carrots, potatoes, cabbage, black pepper and vegan sausage.

  4. Serve and garnish with vegan cream and parsley.
