Claiming that this is The Best Vegan Bolognese is I wouldn’t do very fast, but really, try it out yourself!

I try to use as many whole foods like beans, lentils, chickpeas, soybeans, … but occasionally, I use a plant-based meat replacer. As you, I suppose, already know it’s better to eat raw and whole food, but to change things up, now and then I choose something from the processed vegan foods.

Best Vegan Bolognese

  1. In some olive oil sauté the onion and garlic. Add the plant-based minced meat, all the veggies, the thyme and bay leaves, and the tomato paste, let this simmer for five minutes in some vegetable broth.

  2. Add the tomato sauce and some water if needed, let this simmer for 10 more minutes.
