Beans in tomato sauce bring back so much child memories! I used to always have this with sausages and potato mash.
This time I had them with a vegetable mix of spinach, leek and zucchini (this one is so good go make it if you haven’t).
Beans in Tomato Sauce
Super quick beans in tomato sauce!
To a big pot add some olive oil and let it heat up.
Once heated, add in onion and garlic, sauté for a few minutes. Then, add in the tomato paste.
Add in all the beans, followed by the tomato sauce, vegetable broth and spices: black pepper, rosemary and oregano.
Mix it well, taste and adjust if needed and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
