Press your tofu for 15 minutes or more with The Bgang Tofu Press for optimal taste and texture or use a towel/paper and heavy books/pots...
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.

In a bowl stir together the soy sauce, olive oil, hot sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, nutritional yeast and black pepper.

Cut your tofu into very small bars, crumble or shred it and marinade with the sauce we just made.

Spread evenly on an oven tray and bake for 25-30 minutes on 180C/350F.
