This Asiatic Salad makes wonders happen!

  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 1/2 Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Onion
  • Black Pepper (To taste)
  • Vinagrette
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinagre
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds (You can toast them yourself)
  1. Slice a cucumber in two and then in slices, chop bell pepper in medium size pieces, a red onion in fine half rings and place it all in a bowl.

  2. For the vinaigrette, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, the finely chopped cilantro and the toasted sesame seeds.

    Add this to the vegetables and add black pepper, adjust to taste.
