I’m SO excited to finally show you our Vegan Chicken Thighs recipe.
It’s very straightforward, and you only need 4 ingredients. Because of the rice paper, they get a very chicken a like texture.
4 Ingredient Vegan Chicken Thighs
Place all the ingredients except the rice paper in a bowl and mash them. Here you can choose, if you want more or less texture.
Pass each sheet of rice paper through warm water, fill with the chickpea mixture and insert a popsicle stick, roll it up in the rice paper (you can see how I do it in the video).
Fry in hot oil on both sides, beware that they do not need much time.
