The Indian kitchen, in my opinion, is the second best out there! Guess what is on the first spot for me ????.

Here’s my first attempt at making a vegan nasi goreng, I only had thai sticky rice so I used that, which is why it looks so sticky. Besides that, I really enjoyed the taste of the amazing dish!

Vegan Nasi Goreng – Indian Fried Rice

  1. To a heated pan with oil add in onion, garlic and ginger. Sautรฉ for a few minutes.ย 

  2. Add in the tomato paste, diced tofu, spices, cooked rice and mix it well.

    For the spices, you can also just use a store bought mix from conmex. This is what I used.

    The rice should be just under cooked, that way it can continue cooking now.

  3. Add in the vegetable mix and combine everything well.

    Let cook for about 10-15 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
