The things you can do with aquafaba are quite cool! This 2 ingredients vegan meringue recipe rocks, didn’t expect it to turn out great at all so I was positively surprised.

Another delicious desert recipe you can make with is choco mousse, fantastic.

  1. Start whipping up the aquafaba and add the tartar if using. You will need to it for a while, I did it about 30 minutes. It must be really stiff.

  2. Start adding in sugar and the vanilla once fully whipped and whip for another 5 minutes.

  3. Bake 45 minutes on 120C/250F. Turn oven off after 45 minutes, but don't open it! Leave the meringue in there for another 60 minutes without opening.

  4. Enjoy!
