Feta cheese is one of those things that just does wonders to your food, it gives so much flavour and goes well in anything. But as we know, everything can be veganized, so heres a vegan feta recipe!
This was actually one of the last things I cut out of my life before going fully vegan, as I loved using it in salads, it’s als super cheap (poor goats).
Anyway, this feta is just as good, or even better than the regular feta, so let’s make it!
How to make vegan feta cheese (for pasta)
Feta is so yum but even better for you and cruel free when vegan!
Start by pressing your tofu, so it becomes extra firm and soaks as many flavors up as possible. Let press overnight if you can, but 15-20 minutes is most of the time enough, depending on how firm you want your tofu.
Cut your tofu in cubes, transfer into the tofu press box, and all the ingredients.
Mix well and let marinate for an hour or so in the fridge. Try it out and add a bit more salt if needed.
