  1. Cook sushi rice the traditional way.

  2. Make tofu, add soy sauce and sriracha.

  3. Make burgers out of the rice and bake for 30 minutes, or air fry for 12-15 minutes at 200C/400F.

    Also bake the tofu for 20 minutes.

  4. Top the burger with the vegan sriracha mayo, tofu, nori, avocado, mango, cucumber and once again sriracha mayo ????????
