Super fresh iced tea that will make you feel like you're in Jamaica!
Put 4 cups of the water and the sugar in a medium saucepan. Add cinnamon, ginger slices. Heat until boiling and the sugar has dissolved.
Remove from heat. Stir in the dried hibiscus flowers. Cover and let sit for 20 minutes.
Strain into a pitcher and discard the ginger and cinnamon. Pour in the remaining water over the hiscus to drain and then store the flowers in a ziploc and freeze for taco's.
Let cool down and serve with some ice cubes and add in some fruits if you like.
