Vegan Breakfast Cinnamon Baked Apples
Optionally melt coconut oil and then bake the chopped apple pieces.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top and add a bit of water, cover with a lid and let simmer for ±10 minutes.
Enjoy with vegan yogurt, plant-based milk, oats and/or granola or even on toast. It's truly wonderful! ????
