1 Ingredient Microwave Potato Chips
Crispy an easy!
Optionally peel the potatoes and then slice in very thin slices using a mandolin.
Place the slices in very cold water (with ice) to remove starch.
Lay on a plate, add salt and microwave for 3 minutes, turn them around and repeat.
