Miso Caramelized Cabbage
Not just cabbage. This is delicious!
Cut a cabbage head into 8 pieces. Melt butter in a pan (2 pans if it doesn't fit), add the cabbage, season with salt and black pepper.
In a bowl whisk white Miso, tomato paste, vegetable stock and hot water together.
Add the sauce to the cabbage and cover with a lid. Flip halfway through and let cook until soft.
